No. There are restricted zones, such as protected natural areas or the urban centre, where flying requires prior authorisation or coordination. Before every shoot we check the official flight-zone map and handle whatever is needed.
The drone doesn't fly in strong wind or rain, for safety and because the image doesn't come out well. We watch the forecast in the days before and, if it's not on our side, we move the shoot to a day with good weather.
It depends on where it will be viewed. A video for Reels or TikTok usually works at 15 to 30 seconds; one for your website or a presentation, between one and two minutes.
Yes: on your website, on social media, in ads, on property portals or in presentations. The music we use is licensed so that no platform blocks your video.
Yes. We combine the aerial shots with ground-level video and, if you want customers to walk through the space on their own, with a 360° virtual tour.
