FAQ
Q – Buttons do not work.
A – Check if the button is set with turbo function. Press the reset button on the back of the handle to reset.
Q – Controller cannot vibrate.
A – The game may not support vibrations or the vibration functionality needs to be activated in the game settings.
Q – First pairing via Bluetooth does not work.
A – Please use the USB cable to connect the controller to your Switch console to sync the device. After that, the controller should pair automatically via the home button.
